スター・アベニューオープニング記念チラシ

皆様、 香港政府観光局（HKTB）は　”Hong Kong Movie Odyssey Guide”　「香港映画を巡る旅」と言う名のチラシを出しました。良く知られている香港映画のロケ地が紹介されています。9本の映画が選ばれていますが、 その内の2本はレスリー主演の「君さえいれば・金枝玉葉」と「もういちど逢いたくて・星月童話」です。

「香港映画の中の対照的な食事」という部門では、成龍の「ゴージャス」とレスリーの「欲望の翼」の中の食事が対照的な例として紹介されています。 レスリーの映画について、チラシ全体の四分の一のスペースが割かれています！HKTBはレスリーが海外でいかに人気があったか、今でも人気があるという事にやっと気が付いたようです。日本と韓国での人気を証明する為の膨大な資料をHKTBへ提出する事が出来たのも日本と韓国のファンの熱心な協力のお陰です。お礼を申し上げます。スターアベニューのオープニングを記念してHKTBが出したこのチラシで、多くのスペースをレスリーに割いている所を見ると、レスリーの人気をHKTBが認識していることがうかがえます！

　　　　　　 　　　　　　　

The leaflet of HKTB

Dear friends, The Hong Kong Tourism Board has just published a leaflet (Hong Kong Movie Odyssey Guide) introducting various spots where well-known movies had made shots. There were 9 movies being selected, and 2 belongs to Leslie, namely "He's a Woman, She's a Man" and "Moonlight Express". In another section "Hong Kong's Cinematic Culinary Contrasts", two movies were used to demonstrate the diversity of culinary delights in Hong Kong, namely "Gorgeous" (J. Chan's) and "Days of Being Wild". For the sake of your interest, the space on the leaflet spent on Leslie's movies is one quarter of the whole leaflet!

So, they finally realize how popular Leslie was/is in overseas! In this respect, must repeat again, so much thanks to Kuniko and Emiko for spending sleepless nights in scanning the materials; to Kingka for her endless support in supplying the articles in Korea to us for bringing to HKTB. The material kit that we prepared was so helpful in proving to the HKTB officials his popularity in Japan and Korea. The recognition of his popularity by HKTB is now somehow reflected in the space spent on Leslie in this new leaflet, which was published to mark the grand opening of the Avemue of Stars!
